Healthy Relationships Group
Healthy Relationships is a supportive, survivor-centered group that offers education, connection, and encouragement in a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space. This weekly group is open to survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault who want to explore what healthy, respectful relationships look and feel like. Through guided discussion, creative expression, and journaling, participants are invited to reflect on their experiences, strengthen their voice, and reconnect with their own wisdom and strengths. The group focuses on empowerment, healing, and building tools that support safety and well-being. Topics may include moving forward after abuse, assertiveness, boundaries, self-care, goal setting, self-esteem, and recognizing healthy relationship dynamics. Weekly groups are offered in Crawford, Ogemaw, Oscoda, and Roscommon counties. We have separate groups for both women and men.
